  I paid for my mattress in cash, no financing so I know the salesperson got a nice commission. I didn't drag my feet with the payment or haggle. But when I left the store things just got worse. My mattress arrived a week later than quoted, the mattress "pad" I was suppose to receive as a gift was a flimsy sheet, my wooden banister was broken when the delivery people came. More like completely broken. It has been over a month and after numerous phone calls on my end nothing has been resolved, not even someone saying we heard about the damage and this is the next step. Poor service all around, although the mattress is comfortable. Really nice people at the store but someone is dropping the ball and this is my only source of recourse. Sad.
